Gratitude journal
three good things

A problem solved…

Grateful to wake up this morning feeling more or less human for the first time in ten days, without coughs, sniffles and generally feeling rundown. Relief

I love problem solvers and I am so grateful to Katie at The Notary Solution in York. Alex has to submit certified copies of his degree certificate and transcripts to LMU in support of his application. A quick search found The Notary Solution and with a couple of calls and emails, Katie had it all sorted out, including consent forms and obtaining confirmation from Bristol Uni that Alex had actually received his degree there. My mind was set at ease by Katie’s first words after I had explained the situation, which were ‘No problem. We deal with this sort of request all the time and know how to get it done.’ Brilliant.

A Gratitude Journal is just a simple way of
recording and appreciating the good things in life.

Research shows that keeping a gratitude journal leads to
higher levels of alertness, happiness and positive emotions as well as
a stronger immune system, lower blood pressure and better sleep.
