Gratitude journal
three good things

Gussie resurgio

I love going to the Abbey during the summer vac, few people and a little less formal. Peaceful

Grateful and honoured to have my chance to speak at Chapter next month on behalf of the Ampleforth Society confirmed by the Prior Administrator after Mass. We spent some time discussing how to approach this; excellent news

Relieved also that Gussie seems much more jolly today. Maybe its the cooler weather; whatever, she was very bouncy and enthusiastic on her walk along the top.

A Gratitude Journal is just a simple way of
recording and appreciating the good things in life.

Research shows that keeping a gratitude journal leads to
higher levels of alertness, happiness and positive emotions as well as
a stronger immune system, lower blood pressure and better sleep.
