Gratitude journal
three good things

Nunnington News

Grateful once again to everyone for the publication of the June Nunnington News, our fourth to date. It seems to be picking up compliments and expressions of interest and enjoyment.

I’m really getting into the swing of producing these and realise good planning and preparation is essential.

We came in at 14 pages, rather than our planned twelve, because we had so much to put in. Even then, we had to leave some content for subsequent months, so much gratitude to all those who contributed and intend to do so in the future.

A Gratitude Journal is just a simple way of
recording and appreciating the good things in life.

Research shows that keeping a gratitude journal leads to
higher levels of alertness, happiness and positive emotions as well as
a stronger immune system, lower blood pressure and better sleep.
