Gratitude journal
three good things

Thrushes, fitness and business practices

Saw a young thrush and her mum in the garden. Thrushes used to be so common; now it’s an excitement and a privilege to see them around. Hope they both survive. Grateful to have them in the garden.

Excellent Metafit and yoga session this morning. Grateful to Renata and my four fellow participants for welcoming me to the group and providing a little laughter and cheer through their banter and jokes.

Grateful to Cooper King who rectified my mistake over my order and refunded the money I overpaid to them immediately.

A Gratitude Journal is just a simple way of recording and appreciating the good things in life.

Research shows that keeping a gratitude journal leads to higher levels of alertness, happiness and positive emotions
as well as a stronger immune system, lower blood pressure and better sleep.
